Eligibility: Final acceptance in the GSG Diploma is subject to university entry requirements. The University will contact applicants to advise about enrollment requirements and acceptable outcomes. Students enrolling in the GSG Diploma will need to provide evidence:
-a completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent at a standard acceptable to the University; and
-at least three years experience in a senior NGO position.

Selection Criteria: The selection of applicants is a two-step process. Initial merit selection of applicants is an organizational responsibility and requires CEO endorsement with applicants ranked in priority order. The key areas to consider when nominating individuals (current and future workforce) need and identifying high potential employees with the aspiration and ability to undertake senior management roles. Given the substantial investment towards funding scholarship places on the Graduate Diploma, there will be an additional application process in which the NSW Public Service Commission will conduct interviews with applicants to further strengthen the nomination process.
