ANU-Indonesia Gifted Researchers Program
The Australian National University has long enjoyed good relations with Indonesia and Indonesian universities. One of the University’s greatest strengths is its world-class research capability. As part of its enduring commitment to Indonesia, ANU will offer a one-week intensive research workshop to a selection of the brightest final year undergraduate students from a cross-section of leading Indonesian universities.
The workshop will be a highly engaging program designed to sharpen analytical skills, and highlight the growing importance of research across many sectors of society. The purpose is to inspire participants to see a rigorous research-mindset as an invaluable quality, whatever their chosen educational and professional trajectory. The program will be held in Indonesia in the first week of February 2014.

Please note – only students who have already been nominated by their home university are eligible to apply. Please apply if you will be a 4th year humanities and social sciences student in 2014 AND you have already been nominated by one of our five partner universities. Partner universities are: University of Indonesia,University of Gadjah Mada, University of Andalas, Parahyangan Catholic University and State Islam University Syarif Hidayatullah.
If you are a 4th year humanities and social sciences from one of our partner universities and have NOTbeen nominated, please contact your university’s international office to find out whether you are eligible to apply.
If you have NOT been nominated by one of our five partner universities, please DO NOT apply through our website, as your application will not be accepted.
Please register your interest in the ANU-Indonesia Gifted Researchers Program. The program will be held from Sunday 2nd February 2014 – Friday 7th February 2014.
