FPCI Chapter BINUS goes to The 54th ASEAN Young Leaders Training Program
FPCI Chapter BINUS proudly sent its representative to The 54th ASEAN Young Leaders Training Program (YLTP). This year’s theme was “Education on Youth Entrepreneurship.”
The program aims to strengthen China’s bilateral relations with ASEAN member states. It focuses on China’s entrepreneurship policy. Activities include an entrepreneurship workshop and an internship at a startup incubator. Djong Michelle is FPCI Chapter BINUS’s representative. She flew to Beijing and Guangxi on May 6, 2019. She joined other participants from seven ASEAN member states.

In Beijing, Djong Michelle would engage in discussions. These discussions focused on entrepreneurship in China. She would also receive entrepreneurship training. Additionally, she would participate in an internship at a startup incubator.
Djong Michelle shared her excitement. She felt delighted and enthusiastic to represent Indonesia and FPCI Chapter BINUS.
She stated that her experience in FPCI Chapter BINUS was highly impressive. It was one of the most memorable things she did during her university years. She served as an event head and a student organization member. This experience helped her develop critical thinking and initiative. Consequently, this involvement led her to participate in the 54th ASEAN Young Leadership Training Program.
Djong Michelle also shared for those who wish to be able to participate in similar program, she encourage everyone to realize the importance of wide networking and maintaining a good relations to every single person she came across in her university year. Another thing is to enhance your participation in both academic and non-academic activities such as being involved in student organization like FPCI Chapter BINUS so that you will gain number of experiences.
