On July 26, 2022, FPCI BINUS attended an event. The event was the ‘Indonesia-Australia Campus-to-Campus Outreach’. It was held at the Australian Embassy in Jakarta. The event ran from 1:00 PM WIB until completion.

The discussion topic was “Taking Innovative Businesses to Scale.” This focused on business innovations in Indonesia.

Attendees and Key Speakers

Approximately 70 participants attended the activity. These attendees were active International Relations students from BINUS. Additionally, students from Monash University Australia joined via Zoom Meeting.

The event prioritized active members of FPCI BINUS 2020. Subsequently, remaining slots were given to the FPCI Squad. The FPCI Squad includes both active and passive members.

Key Figures at the Outreach

The event featured several key figures. Mrs. Penny Williams, the Australian Ambassador to Indonesia, attended directly. Furthermore, Mr. Dino Patti Djalal, former FPCI Indonesia, was present. In addition, Ms. Noni Purnomo, President Director of Bluebirds taxi company, spoke at the event.

Discussion Focus on Business Innovation

The discussion centered on the scaling of innovative businesses. Participants gained valuable insights. The event fostered cross-cultural understanding. Therefore, this contributed to stronger Indonesia-Australia relations.
