Jakarta – FPCI Chapter BINUS University welcomed its new members. The Gathering and Orientation Night took place on February 22-23, 2019. The venue was Villa Mediapura, Pejaten, South Jakarta.

The theme for the year was “Get Ready to #THRIVE.” This event prepared the new freshmen for their duties. They were introduced to the organization’s yearly values. These values are Advanced, Global, Relevant, and Credible. The atmosphere was warm and friendly.

Mr. Willy Dwira Yudha, the President Director of FPCI Chapter BINUS University, opened the session. Lessons followed on how members should carry out their roles. They also learned about future activities planned for the year.

Mr. Aditya Permana, the advisor of FPCI Chapter BINUS University, gave quick notes. He emphasized that communication and coordination are key to running an organization.

Mr. Thomas Bosco Pandapotan, Head of HIMHI, also shared insights. He explained how organizational involvement benefits member development. Ms. Adelia Putri Irawan and Ms. Leilani Yasmine then hosted a sharing session. This session with the participants was called Rumpi.

The new members had a chance to connect with each other. They participated in several games and activities. Ms. Natasia, the Vice President Director of FPCI Chapter BINUS University, led these activities.

Through this Gathering and Orientation Night, the new members are now prepared. They are expected to fulfill their roles. They will be ready to #THRIVE in the organization (Yasmine).
