About Cynthia
Cynthia Sondang Romauli Sipahutar is a lecturer and faculty member at the Department of International Relations, Bina Nusantara (BINUS) University, focusing on International Security and International Law issues. She has a Master of International Law degree from The University of Melbourne, Australia with Digital Postcolonialism as her final thesis. Her current focus research and interests are emerging technologies, cybersecurity, international law issues and diplomacy. Previously, she graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung major in International Relations with concentration in diplomacy and international organisation studies.
Cynthia S. R. Sipahutar currently works in PT Dirgantara Indonesia, a state owned aeronautical industry for more than a decade with expertise in international cooperation & business development. She has already gained experience in the Joint fighter development program as Program Management Officer since 2016.
