Dr. Dinna Wisnu is a lecturer and policy expert at BINUS University, specializing in comparative politics, ASEAN regionalism, and human rights. Academic Background

Dr. Dinna earned her Ph.D. in Political Science (2007) and M.A. in Political Science (2005) from The Ohio State University, USA, majoring in comparative politics and minoring in international political economy. Her dissertation analyzed how Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore governed social security after the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis. She completed her undergraduate degree in International Relations at Universitas Indonesia (1999).

Her academic path was supported by competitive scholarships, including The Ohio State University Teaching Associate Award and international fellowships from Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, CSIS Jakarta, and the Australian National University.

Professional Engagements

At BINUS University, Dr. Dinna teaches courses in international relations and public policy while mentoring young diplomats and government officials. Her expertise in comparative politics, ASEAN affairs, and human rights has shaped her career in both academia and policymaking.
